My daughter has some fine hairs growing in the H right now... i'm not worried that there will be a bald spot or anything, she will have plenty of hair to cover it.

personally, i would continue to wait and see... my daughter has a similar H in her hairline, i think it's really one of the best places it can be! A little girl i knew had a rather large H on her...

are they sure they are all hemangiomas and not something else? it's a little unusual for them to be present at birth... my daughter had a small pink spot... but no one knew it was a H until later...

personally, with 11, i would push for the scan. i'm not the alarmist type, i have no problem doing a wait and see approach for my child, but in your shoes, i would want treatment, and want it now......
