pre-existing conditions on insurances
Actually, most pre-existing condition clauses have a 11-12 month clause. If your husband does get a job with medical insurance, call te insurance company and ask them about their policy on pre-existing conditions. I have had experience with this since I have had cancer and both my boys have asthma and my son has a lymphangioma. I have found that the clause is generally after 11 or 12 months the insurance company will start picking up the cost of the condition. But make sure you call and find out. Don't rely on the information the Human Resources sends out, it is never ALL the information you need.
