From what I've been told propranolol is better used in the "growing stage". My daughter is 2 and we consulted with Dr. Buckmiller in Arkansas and she said my daughter is past the stage it would help. The h never went away so we are schedule to have surgery in November. They usually do nasal tip hemangioma surgery when the child is one. The doctor also said with it being on the nose they don't regress very well.
