Default Infant MRI?
My son has a large flat unusual birthmark on his left scalp that a dermatologist said it appeared to be vascular. He has had no seizures and the neurologist hasn't noticed any unusual symptoms, but he still wants us to have an mri done. My husband and I would rather wait and just keep getting checkups with the neurologist. Does anyone have experience with infant MRI? I tried to ask the SWS expert but I have had no response.

Please email me and I will contact Dr. Comi. I will be seeing her in person in a few weeks also.

My son Nicholas had MRI at 6 weeks old. Please let me know what questions you have.
