Hello my name is matt, and i am 16 year old living with mutiple birth marks on my face...i have 2 on my cheek 1 on my fore head 1 on my jaw 2 on the side of my neck and one near my ear and some over my body and a mole on my head...besides the one of top of my head the other moles are small black circles without it popping out like the mole on the top of my head which gets annoying sometimes when i scatch my head and i am like what the heck is that...I need help figuring out what these small black circle birthmarks are and is laser surgery the way to remove or at least make them less noticeable.

Post a photo, if you can. It doesn't sound like birthmarks, technically, but rather something else.

You need to speak to a dermatologist about having those removed. I'm not sure, but I think they have to be surgically removed (I had two removed from my abdomen that looked like that) and it is an easy procedure, if they are indeed the same.

What was the price range of getting your removed? Did it leave any noticeable scars behind?

No scars, no. It was like they took a little divot out, so the "wound" was kind of concave. They put band aids on them. And it was an in-office procedure.

My insurance must have paid for it, because I don't remember how much it cost. I know they should be removed (and biopsied) if any have changed shape or color at all, so remember to mention that to the doctor. Call a reputable dermatologist in your area and ask for a rough idea of how much it would be and if your insurance will cover it ... they will know after they see you.
