Hi, I am new to this website, my 2 week old daughter was just diagnosed with a lower lip hemangioma yesterday. I am trying to learn as much as I can. Our doctor is Dr. Drolet at Childern's Hospital in Wisconsin. Right now the H is just a red mark under her lip on the right side, but it extends down the inside of her lip. The doctor says that she will most likely require treatment and will possibly start with topical propanolol very soon. Does anyone have any experience with the topical propanolol verses the oral medication? Thanks.
