Default Regular Cover Up Tattooing on PWS

Does anyone here have regular tattooing (not the medical tattooing) covering PWS? I have been considering getting tattoos to cover up my extensive PWS (pretty much from the waist down), but I have heard of conflicting results. I have a few already on non-PWS areas, but have been hesitant to try on my PWS. Has anyone had tattooing done? If so, how long ago was it? Have there been any complications? What doctors (if any) did you see for approval?

I realize there are a couple other threads on a similar topic, I just had some specific questions I wanted answered.
