Unhappy hemangioma under fingernail ???

My daughter was born with a bright pink fingernail that eventually began to bulge & dome. It was diagnosed as a hemangioma. We were applying Timolol to it twice a day but that didn't seem to stop the growth so now she takes liquid Propranolol twice a day.

Any experience with this? I'm concerned it will continue to grow and permanently deform her fingernail.

Hi! How is the propanolol working? Is it doing better than the Timolol?
I wish I had more info but I don't know too much about hemangiomas in this location. Do you have any pictures you could share?

I don't feel like it's working at all. I'm sure that's just me being impatient and wanting instant results for her though....
I will try to get a picture and post it.
I wonder if the fingernail will begin to grow normally once the hemangioma runs its course.

Hi! What is her doctor saying about it at this point? Can you get in for another appt to go over your concerns?
