Default AVM and birth control pills (the morning after pill)

this is sort of an emergency -
I am 22 years old female and I have an AVM in my lungs. I was treated 2 years ago (embolization), so I am now "fine".
my question is - is it ok for me to take birth control pills? and more to the point - the 72 hours pill ("the morning after" pill)?
from what I understand, I can take birth control pills now that I've been treated, but I'm not sure. and I'm not sure about the morning after pill at all.
if anyone knows, I'll appreciate your reply (in the next 69 hours would be really good ;D).
