My 13 year old daughter was diagnosed with a hemangioma on her leg as a toddler, then got another similar blue lesion on her arm years later. She now has developed several more lesions on different areas of her body. We went to see one of the specialists on the website who thought it had originally been misdiagnosed and was multiple glomangiomas (glomus tumors) but she is confirming this with biopsies. She said the only treatment is surgery and my daughter could continue to develop these tumors. Finding information about these types of tumors is difficult, if anyone has any information pertaining to this condition we would greatly appreciate it.
