Medic Alert Braclet

I was just wondering if anyone has gotten these for their kids??

The reason I'm asking, is because last year they told us that if Jacklynn ever needed to have surgery that she would need to have blood thinners before hand to prevent clotting. Now I don't know if that is severe enough to require something like this. Now that she is getting older, there are times that she is not with me...so that means there may be times she is with someone else who doesn't know our situation. KWIM??
