I'm not sure which category this question falls under, so I thought I'd try here.
How often is the VBF newsletter sent out, and how do you get a copy?

I get mine 2 or three times a year. You can write them at VBF PObox 106 Latham NY 12110
There is another newsletter I get that you can read on line at www.hnline.org the current newsletter is available on the opening page of the webpage.
