Hi Farrukh my name is Hank I am a 21 year old that has PWS on the right side of my face also, I have hemangiomas too. I think I can help you out. I have used the V-Beam Pulse Dye Laser from Candela and I think it is great. If you have never used a laser before you are in for a teat because the V-Beam was my third machine I have used and I would say out of all the machines I have used it hurt the less. It is even safe for infants. Ok about your PWS, do you know how deep your mark goes into your skin? The reason I ask is if it is just on the serface you have a very good chance of it being completely removed. If it is deep you do not have as good as chance but it is still possable depending on your mark. With the treatment it might faden the color quiet abite but not completely. It is hard for me to say because I am not looking at it and I am not a doctor. I think you should give it a try. It will not scare you so the worst thing that could happen is it just not work. It will talk a couple of treatments depending on the mark. If you want to know what it feels like take a rubber band and snap yourself with it. If it will be your first treatment I suggest having someone there that can keep your mind of the surgery, or take some music with you.
If you would like more ideas of if you want more info just email me or message me back.
Good luck.

Hank B
