Stork bite or Port wine stain? help!

Hi there everyone!
I've lived with this birthmark all my life but up until this very day I had no idea that it might actually be classified into a certain category of birthmarks. When I look through the descriptions and pictures though, I have a hard time figuring out what exactly it is that I have. I put a picture of it on my profile so perhaps a few of you could help me out (it looks quite pale in the pic but that is because of the lighting and my camera, it is actually quite a bit darker.).
The fact that it is on the back of my neck, and ranges from pink to red instead of deep burgundy or purple suggests to me that it should be a stork bite but I am turning 22 in march and it has stayed the same size my whole life, and it says that stork bites usually disappear within the first few years.
I have also noticed that it gets much darker after having a really hot bath or shower.
Could someone help me to figure out what kind of birthmark I have?

I'll be the first to admit that i'm not a Doctor or all *that* knowledgeable about birthmarks, but I've always thought that stork bites were a type of PWS...

I've got a PWS on the left side of my forehead & my left eyelid. It turns redder when hot & even purple/pink if i get really cold, similar to how yours does.

Have you noticed if its getting cobble-stony or thicker or anything?
