I have an appt with Dr. Mahmood Razavi for next Tuesday. He is a radiology specialist. I'm not sure this is the right treatment for her. Do you have any more info on treatments for microcystic lymphatic malformation on labia minora? How much more will it grow?

Glad it all went well. Dr. Razavi is a well known interventional radiologist. I went to him myself for sclerotherapy before, though it was unsuccessful. There are a lot of factors that would determine when you should go for treatment, like location, whether or not it's growing/swelling, etc. It can grow and spread outwards more, but doesn't always. If the LM is fairly localized, I'd see if it can be removed. You can email Dr. Reinisch. I trust his opinion for treatment.
