Does anyone know of something like make a wish for adults?

I can't think of any offhand. But where are you located? There may be some local resource for you. For example, our news channel does that sort of thing in December - grants wishes.

Yea I though about that. I'm in Virginia but the person i'm looking to grant a wish for is my boyfriend who lives in North Carolina, his birthday is next month and there is a particular guitar he wants. I've found a few sites around the web but I thought I'd ask here incase anyone had any experience with anything like what I'm asking about.
