Elissa Rifkin, M.Ed.


Elissa RifkinElissa has her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Emerson College in Boston, Mass. and a Masters of Education degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Mass in Counseling and Psychological Services.


She has dedicated her career to working in education and mental health counseling. Her work experiences include public and private schools, medical and mental health clinics, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to her teaching and counseling work experiences, she has conducted psychological research on facial anomalies, and also has written articles for local magazines on parenting techniques Elissa has been an advocate on educating patients and families with vascular anomalies.. She also was a board member of the VBF for many years.


Elissa has one daughter, who is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Marketing.
